Robert Keough

Bob is of counsel to the firm. Bob has been practicing law in Boston since 1993, and practices primarily in the areas of corporate law and real estate law, including mergers and acquisitions, counseling start-up companies, bank financing, commercial and residential real estate development, and conveyancing.  Bob also has extensive experience in affordable housing development and syndication. 

Prior to joining the firm, Bob worked as a corporate/real estate associate at Nixon Peabody LLP and Peabody & Arnold LLP, both of Boston, and also had his own practice.   Bob earned a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law (1993), and also holds a B.A. and M.A. (International Relations) from Tufts University.
